Ingredients: The main ingredient recombinanthuman erythropoietin is produced by cultivating Chinese hamster ovary (CHO)cells, which genes expressing human erythropoietin, separation and highlypurified freeze-drying process.

Molecular weight: 36kd-45kd.

Other Ingredients: human blood albumin,mannitol, phosphate buffer (disodium phosphate, dihydrogen phosphate).

Characters: White loose body, and colorless liquid after re-dissolving.

Indications: Anemia caused by renalin sufficiency, including chronic renal failure patients undergoing hemodialysis,peritoneal dialysis, or non-dialysis.

1. Red blood cells deposit should be checked regularly during the period of medication (once a week in the early period,then increased to twice a week), avoid excessive erythropoiesis (confirm RBC deposited under 36 vol1 %), suspended medication when such excessive red bloodcell growth is detected.

2. The use of this product can sometimes leadto a mild rise in serum potassium, which should be adjusted by changing dosage according to doctor’s order or changing of diet.

3. For patients with myocardial infarction,pulmonary infarction and cerebral infarction, and patients with a history of drug allergy or allergic tendencies, use this product with caution.

4. During the treatment, there was an increasein iron demand due to the effective hematopoiesis. In general, the serum ironconcentration will decrease, and if the serum iron protein of the patient isless than 100ng/ml, or the transfer-iron protein saturation is less than 20%,the iron supplement should be added daily.

5. Deficiencies in folic acid or vitamin B12can reduce the effect of this product. Excessive aluminum can also affect the efficacy.
